The cost for a storage unit varies depending on the size of the unit you want to rent. At Red Wheel Storage we don't want anyone to overpay for storing your items. Just tell us how many rooms of belonging you need to store, and we will help you find the right storage unit based on your storage needs and price. We offer a wide variety of unit sizes and price ranges.

Is it Secure?

We provide all new customers with a free disc lock to make sure their belongings are extra secure. Several of our storage facility offer automated gates, drive-up access, and , making it easy to get your belongings in and out of storage. Gate access hours are listed, and you will always be able to access your storage unit during these hours.

What Size Storage Unit Do I Need?

We have a wide range of storage sizes to fit your needs. In most cases, our 5x10 size storage unit will fit all the items of a one-bedroom apartment. If you need a larger space, our 10x20 storage unit size can usually fit the contents of a three to four rooms of stuff. We are always happy to help you find the best size storage unit that will work for your budget and storage needs.

How Long am I Required to Rent a Storage Unit Space for?

Rent for as long, or short as you need! We offer month-to-month leases and bill in one-month increments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible. Whether you need short term or long term storage, we just ask that you give us a 10 day notice if you are moving out your storage unit.

Can I Rent a Storage Unit Online?

Yes! Red Wheel Storage offers fast, convenient online rentals and online reservations. Once you have selected your unit you just need to complete the process and make your online payment. Your free disk lock will be on the door and an unlock code will be sent to you as soon as your payment is made. Our kind and caring customer care team is available by phone or text will gladly help you if you need assistance accessing your storage unit.

What Forms of Payment do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We accept payments online and through autopay. We can help you update and add your credit card payments over the phone.

When is My Rent Payment Due?

Your rent payment will usually be due on the 1st of the month. Your first month will be prorated based on the date you move in. To avoid late fees, make sure that your monthly payment is made by the 6th of the month.
